Tran Thanh Vu is currently a doctoral researcher at the School of Education, Durham University. His doctoral project is funded by the Economic and Social Sciences Research Council of the UK. Vu obtained his M.Ed. in TESOL  from the University of Southern Queensland, Australia in 2015.

Vu is an active member of the international TESOL community where he serves on the Steering Committee of the Teacher Educator Interest Section of the TESOL International Association. He is also a speaker, reviewer and author for different academic conferences and journals. 

His research interests lie primarily in the domain of teacher education and professional development, such as teacher identity, professional learning, teachers' beliefs, teacher wellbeing and queer theory.

Ngo Duc Huy has been teaching for 7 years and is working as a full-time lecturer at the Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade. He is also a teacher trainer at Horizon TESOL. He holds an MA in TESOL and Applied Linguistics from Curtin University, Australia. His research interests include student engagement and language teacher education.

Dao Nguyen Anh Duc has been teaching English for more than twenty years and is currently Head of Language Skills Division – Faculty of Foreign Languages at Ho Chi Minh City University of Banking, Vietnam. She also works as a local trainer for Cambridge University Press. She earned her Ph.D. from the University of Nottingham, Malaysia campus. She holds an MA in TESOL Studies from the University of Queensland, Australia, and an MBA from Bolton University, UK. Her research interests are teaching methodology, L2 pronunciation teaching and learning, and teaching writing.

Nguyen Thanh My is presently a lecturer of General English at Ton Duc Thang University and Medical English at Nguyen Tat Thanh University, Ho Chi Minh city. She is also a Training Quality Manager at Vietnam-USA Society English Center (VUS). Previously, she was a teacher trainer for an American language center where immersive subject-based English is delivered to learners aged from preschoolers through teenagers.

Thanh My was involved in speaker and reviewer roles for different academic conferences. With an MA TESOL, she develops a deep academic interest in silent learning, emotion in language learning, and teacher identity. Her most recent published work is How silence facilitates verbal participation (2020)

Tan Tran-Thanh, holding an distinction Master's degree in TESOL, serves as a university instructor and TESOL trainer. He has aslo instructed standardized test preparation courses for an extended period. With teaching experience, he has actively engaged in English language instruction and standardized test preparation courses for an extended period. 

He is an active member of TERECONET and he demonstrates a commitment to research. His research interests focus on areas such as theoretical linguistics, second language teacher education, and teaching methodologies. He has also made significant contributions to the academic community by presenting as a speaker in various specialized webinars and conferences. His works have been published in Vietnamese and international specialized journals.

Nguyen Ha Phuong Nhi is a senior majoring in English pedagogy at Saigon University. She was one of the eleven Vietnamese delegates who attended the TEMASEK Foundation-funded STEP STEM Alive! summer program. She also has prior experience as a presenter at the 2022 VietTESOL International Convention. With three years of tutoring and teaching experience, Nhi has established a passion for education, demonstrating her commitment to professional growth and information sharing.

Nguyen Hoang Mai Tram holds a distinction MA in TESOL from Nottingham Trent University, UK. She earned a distinction Bachelor’s degree in Business from Queensland University of Technology, Australia, and a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Huddersfield, UK. She has been teaching IELTS classes for levels 0-6.5 for over 3 years.

Her recent publication concerns educational inequality and is published in Children and Youth Services Review (SSCI/Q1). She was also a reviewer for Education and Information Technologies (SSCI/Q1). Her research interests focus on computer-assisted language learning, game-based language learning, and teacher and student well-being.

Nguyen Huu Thanh Minh is a Lecturer in English as a Foreign Language at University of Foreign Language Studies, The University of Danang. He earned his Master’s degree with Distinction in TESOL Studies from The University of Leeds. He is pursuing PhD in Applied Linguistics at The University of Melbourne. 


His main research interests include Language Testing and Assessment, Second Language Writing framed under Vygotsky's Sociocultural Theory, and Corpus Linguistics in Language Teaching and Learning. He has published widely in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language (TESL-EJ) (Scopus/Q1), International Review of Applied Linguistics in Language Teaching (SSCI, Scopus/Q1), and Language Education & Assessment. He was also a reviewer for AsiaCALL 2023 and Technology in Language Teaching and Learning.

She has further grown her research interest in student motivation, teaching methodology, and exploratory practice in language teaching.

Duc Dinh is a senior at Saigon University, Ho Chi Minh City, focusing his studies in English Language Teacher Education (Current GPA: 3.76/4.00 - Excellent). Regarding his work, he has concurrently served as a part-time IELTS instructor at ZIM Academy for nearly 1 year.

He has been active in TERECONET as a webinar coordinator and training assistant. His involvement extends to being an active member of the Learning Owl Lab within TERECONET.

He has a track record of participating in various educational webinars and conferences, both as a presenter and attendee. This involvement highlights his passion for continual learning and professional growth in the field of education.

His research interests are centered on exploring teacher identity, examining the emotional responses of learners, and delving into aspects of professional development.
